Dr. Rod Jonas
Dr. Rod Jonas is a lifelong educator, leader, and coach with over four decades of experience in education and organizational development. As a professor and administrator, he has dedicated his career to helping leaders learn how to lead effectively and to build positive organizational cultures that allow team members to thrive and flourish. His real-world insights, drawn from teaching, coaching and administrative careers has fueled his passion for transforming organizations into dynamic, values-driven based teams.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jonas has helped countless organizational leaders build team cultures that provide its members with greater clarity, unity, and purpose. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that healthy, mission-driven organizational cultures are the foundation for building an organization that values change and innovation. Drawing on his real-life experiences—whether coaching on the basketball court, mentoring young leaders, or designing leadership programs—he brings a practical, heart-centered approach to leadership and team building.

In addition to his academic and administrative work, Dr. Jonas is a seasoned speaker and workshop facilitator, specializing in topics such as positive organizational culture, transformational leadership, and strategic planning. His book, Build a DYNAMIC Organizational Culture, is the culmination of decades of hands-on leadership experience, offering a clear and actionable framework to help teams create meaningful, lasting change.
